Yes. Outer and inner each have their own solids and prints, so you can mix them freely. The 3D preview updates as soon as you pick.

The side-release buckle is color only — twelve solids, always plastic. The slider can match that buckle in plastic, or you can choose aluminum. The D-ring stays silver.

No. Name embroidery is saved with your design and stitched after checkout. It does not appear on the preview. Keep names and phone numbers within 20 characters.

Yes. Customs, import VAT, and local fees in your country are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We don’t offer refunds because collars are custom made for each pet. If something feels wrong, write us — we will do our best to make it right. Personalized goods also sit outside the usual EU/UK 14-day cooling-off window, though your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods still apply.

Wipe with a damp cloth. Avoid the washing machine, dryer, and long soaks. Check the buckle and stitching now and then, and take the collar off for swimming or a bath.

Use it as a day collar, check the fit often, and never leave a pet tied by the leash to a fixed object unattended. Remove damaged hardware. ROOIEE collars are not car restraints unless we sell a product made for that.
